Dr. Seifi’s dedication and extraordinary care for each patient sets the tone for this remarkable dental office. After undergraduate studies and dental school at the University of Maryland, Dr. Seifi opened her own practice in 1991. She went on to achieve certification in multiple cosmetic procedures, including Invisalign in 2003 and Lumineers in 2005.

To ensure each patient receives the highest quality of care, Dr. Seifi established uncompromising standards of service in her own practice—standards now upheld by every StarBrite practitioner. Alongside these technical standards, there’s an insistence on the comfort and education of each patient. Her caring and professional manner has calmed and relaxed thousands of patients. In fact, many who once feared dental visits have overcome these barriers and now regularly receive the care they need.

After graduation from Southeastern College of Dental Medicine, Dr. Ledoux completed an Advanced General Residency at Miami Veterans Hospital where she was able to help veterans learn to smile again. Like every team member at StarBrite Dental, Dr. Ledoux treats her patients just like family. She enjoys getting to know them and restoring their self-esteem and oral health with a full set of teeth that are as attractive as they are functional.

As an endodontist, Dr. Eghtesadi is the one we depend on for root canal therapy. Endodontists receive specialized training in treating pulp—the soft, live tissue inside a tooth. His extensive experience and clinical expertise enable Dr. Eghtesadi to perform precision root canals. This means a higher success rate and faster healing for patients. Dr. Eghtesadi is also entrusted with teaching endodontics at Howard University College of Dentistry.

Dr. Akmal has advanced knowledge of all the structures that support each tooth. This enables him to expertly perform extractions, implant placements, treatments for gum disease and dental surgery. His skill often provides welcome relief for a patient who comes through our door suffering extreme pain. His unique talent for walking a patient gently through each step of an extraction helps them remain comfortable throughout the procedure.
